Robinsons Land, one of the leading Real Estate firms in the Philippines has recently acquired a 5 hectare property in Mactan Island, Cebu. This beach front property will be developed into a residential resort community. The project will be located in Punta Engano, Lapu-Lapu City. It is a 10-minute drive from Mactan Shangri-La, 15-minutes away from Mactan International Airport, and a 45 minute drive to Cebu City's Central Business District.
AMISA will have an Australian Gold Coast theme. The masterplan is done by Architect Albert S. Yu of ASYA Design Partner. The landscape architecture is designed by Architect Paolo Alcazaren of PGAA Creative design while Petra Konsult and Associates, headed by Engineer Uldarico Trawon handles the beach development.
