Robinsons Land is pre-selling Condominium Tower 1 of AMISA
Robinsons Land Corporation has started pre-selling the first condominium tower of Amisa. Tower 1 will have fourteen (14) storeys and each floor will have a maximum of ten rooms. These are some of the features to expect in the building:

AMISA, Robinsons Land's first leisure project in Cebu
Robinsons Land, one of the leading Real Estate firms in the Philippines has recently acquired a 5 hectare property in Mactan Island, Cebu. This beach front property will be developed into a residential resort community. It has 3 major components: a world-class resort hotel, 6 mid-rise residential condominium towers, and an entertainment and gaming center. Amisa also boasts of its astonishing 172 meter wide beach front.
The project will be located in Punta Engano, Lapu-Lapu City. It is a 10-minute drive from Mactan Shangri-La, 15-minutes away from Mactan International Airport, and a 45 minute drive to Cebu City's Central Business District.
AMISA will have an Australian Gold Coast theme. The masterplan is done by Architect Albert S. Yu of ASYA Design Partner. The landscape architecture is designed by Architect Paolo Alcazaren of PGAA Creative design while Petra Konsult and Associates, headed by Engineer Uldarico Trawon handles the beach development.
