Robinsons Land Corporation is Pre-selling its second condo in Cebu (Azalea Place)

After the success of Amisa, the resort condominium in Mactan Island, Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC) is building a condominium tower at the heart of Cebu City. The Azalea Place will be a 25 storey condo project in Gorordo Avenue, Cebu. This project will be under the Robinsons Residences brand.

Condominium prices starts at 2.0 Million Pesos ($47,000) for a studio unit. Since the condo will only be ready in June 2015, RLC is offering units at a No spot down payment, zero interest scheme. A buyer can get a unit for as low as 10,000 Pesos a month ($240.00)

Amisa Site Updates: November 2010












Pictures were taken 2nd week of November. By the rate the construction is going, Amisa Tower B will top off by December or January. Tower A turn-over is on-going. To have a site tour, you may call 032-5821418 or SMS 0922-8334561.  There are still few units left in both towers and tower C is pre-selling.

About the project: Amisa is the only condominium of Robinsons Luxuria that is outside metro Manila. It will have 6 condominium towers, a branded hotel, and casino.  It sits on a beachfront property in Mactan Island facing the northern town of Cebu.

About the developer: Robinsons Luxuria  is one of the four brands in the residential division of Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC).  RLC is the second largest PSE-listed property developer in terms of market capiltalization in the Philippines.  It is part of JG Summit, a conglomerate founded by Filipino-Chinese billionaire John Gokongwei.  JG Summit has major interests in other industries like airline (Cebu Pacific), telecommunications (DIGITEL and Sun Cellular), and food and beverage (Universal Robina).  RLC is known for its malls, condominiums, subdivisions, and hotels all over the Phillipines.

AMISA Tower A will start turnover this week

It is an early turnover for clients who bought units in the first tower of Amisa.  This week, the turnover team of Robinsons Land Corporation(RLC) will facilitate the early turnover of units. Amisa Tower A was set to be delivered on December 31, 2010 and the fast pace of construction allowed the developer to turnover the condominium units 2 months ahead of schedule.
