Robinsons Super-Easy Home schemes for Amisa

Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC), the developer of Amisa has tied-up with some of the Philippine's major banks to make condominium purchase easier. Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) and Banco de Oro (BDO) has now very attractive schemes for people who want to buy a unit in the first tower of Amisa. The method is coined by RLC as the Super-Easy Home 10:90 Scheme. The buyer is only required to pay 10% of the unit cost as down payment. Not only that, this 10% equity is payable in 18 months WITHOUT any INTEREST. The 90% balance is payable through a BPI/BDO loan for 10 or 15 years. The banks also committed to charge a special rate of .25% less than the prevailing rates at the time of loan take out.

RLC also has a scheme called Super-Easy Home Fixed installment. This is a tie-up with Robinsons Savings Bank. The buyer will pay a fix amount from equity build up to the 10 or 15 year loan. This is similar to a rent to own scheme.

Robinsons Land launches the 2nd Tower of the Amisa

Robinsons Land is now accepting reservations for the 2nd tower of the Amisa residential resort community in Mactan, Cebu. The new tower is 18 stories and has more 2 Bedroom units. The view for the front units will be the amenities, Magellan Bay and Northern Towns. Owners of units at back will have the view of the Hilutungan Channel and Olango Island. Reservations will still be P50,000.00 . Currently, the developer is offering a 40-60 deal where buyer pays the 40% Down payment in 45 months without interest and will only pay the balance upon the building's completion on September 30,2012. Robinsons Land is pre-selling Condominium Tower 1 of AMISA

Robinsons Land Corporation has started pre-selling the first condominium tower of Amisa. Tower 1 will have fourteen (14) storeys and each floor will have a maximum of ten rooms. These are some of the features to expect in the building:

AMISA, Robinsons Land's first leisure project in Cebu


Robinsons Land, one of the leading Real Estate firms in the Philippines has recently acquired a 5 hectare property in Mactan Island, Cebu. This beach front property will be developed into a residential resort community. It has 3 major components: a world-class resort hotel, 6 mid-rise residential condominium towers, and an entertainment and gaming center. Amisa also boasts of its astonishing 172 meter wide beach front.
The project will be located in Punta Engano, Lapu-Lapu City. It is a 10-minute drive from Mactan Shangri-La, 15-minutes away from Mactan International Airport, and a 45 minute drive to Cebu City's Central Business District.
AMISA will have an Australian Gold Coast theme. The masterplan is done by Architect Albert S. Yu of ASYA Design Partner. The landscape architecture is designed by Architect Paolo Alcazaren of PGAA Creative design while Petra Konsult and Associates, headed by Engineer Uldarico Trawon handles the beach development.
