Amisa Site Updates: November 2010












Pictures were taken 2nd week of November. By the rate the construction is going, Amisa Tower B will top off by December or January. Tower A turn-over is on-going. About the project: Amisa is the only condominium of Robinsons Luxuria that is outside metro Manila. It will have 6 condominium towers, a branded hotel, and casino.  It sits on a beachfront property in Mactan Island facing the northern town of Cebu.

About the developer: Robinsons Luxuria  is one of the four brands in the residential division of Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC).  RLC is the second largest PSE-listed property developer in terms of market capiltalization in the Philippines.  It is part of JG Summit, a conglomerate founded by Filipino-Chinese billionaire John Gokongwei.  JG Summit has major interests in other industries like airline (Cebu Pacific), telecommunications (DIGITEL and Sun Cellular), and food and beverage (Universal Robina).  RLC is known for its malls, condominiums, subdivisions, and hotels all over the Phillipines.

AMISA Tower A will start turnover this week

It is an early turnover for clients who bought units in the first tower of Amisa.  This week, the turnover team of Robinsons Land Corporation(RLC) will facilitate the early turnover of units. Amisa Tower A was set to be delivered on December 31, 2010 and the fast pace of construction allowed the developer to turnover the condominium units 2 months ahead of schedule.
For clients who purchased units, RLC is sending a letter to inform you of your turnover schedule.  You may also contact your agent to verify your schedule.  You may also call 032-2555540 and look for Mr. Colin Antig.

Floor plans for Amisa Tower C

The third tower of Amisa will also be 18 stories.  There are four different floor configurations.
There will be 8 units for sale at the ground floor; Two 2brs and six studios.  Each unit will have a space that will serve as a garden in lieu of the balcony.  There are spaces allocated for the reception, mailroom, and lounge.  Some amenities is also found in this level.  The game room and videoke room is located in the lower right portion of the diagram.
There are only 11 units in the second floor (9 studios and 2 two-bedroom).  One room slot is used to increase the ceiling height of the lounge. All units from this floor to the penthouse will have balconies.

Zone 1 refers to the 3rd to 9th floors.  It will have 10 studios and 2 two-bedrooms units per floor. The 2brs are located at each corner and it is facing the amenity area.
Zone 2 refers to the 10th to 18th floors of the tower.  It will have 10 units per floor; 6 studios (all facing the morning sun), 2 corner two bedroom units, and 2 larger inner two bedroom units.

The third tower of Robinsons Land's resort condominium complex in Mactan is now available for sale.  The 18-story Amisa tower C will have 3 unit configurations; studio, 2-Br, and Large 2Br.  Price range will be from 3,300,000.00 to 8,100,000.00 pesos.  The expected turnover date will be on July 31, 2014.  RLC is offering it at a No-spot down payment scheme and 48 months interest free payments for monthly DP amortization.  You can now own a piece of paradise for as low as 27,000.00 pesos (US$600) a month.  Reservation fee is still 50,000.00 pesos.  Reserve now or schedule your site tour by email.

Views from the top




These pictures were taken from the rooftop of Amisa Tower A when we had our topping off for Tower A last September 2009. Views of the sea can be seen no matter where a condominium unit is facing.  Amisa is situated in the tip of the Punta Engano peninsula making the condo owners enjoy either the view of Magellen Bay or the Hilutungan Channel.  Since Each unit has it balcony, owners can have a wider view and can enjoy the fresh sea breeze as well.
